In vitro and in vivo effects of Pseudomonas plecoglossicidastrain IAUK۲۳۱۳ on growth of Helianthus annuus

Background and Aim : Biofertilizers constructed by obtained from rhizosphere of plants are goodalternative for chemical fertilizers. Helianthus annuus is an important strategic oilfield crop. Theaim of this research was to isolate beneficial plat growth promoting rhizobacteria and evaluationtheir effects on vegetative stage of Helianthus annuus in pot experiment.Methods : Sampling was performed from rhizospheric soils of different fields in Kerman district.Different bacterial strains were isolated from rhizospheric samples. Direct mechanisms Wenitrogen fixation, ammonia production as well as evaluation of their resistance to envaromental recarried out as zinc and phosphate solubilization, stress. Molecular characterization using ۱۶RrRNA sequences was used to identify the selected isolate. A pot experiment was also conductedto investigate the effects of selected PGPR isolate on the growth of Helianthus annuus.Results : Strain numbers of isolates were considered as IAUK۲۳۰۱-۲۳۳۰. All of selected strainswere resistant to the different temperatures between ۲۵-۴۲°C as well as having normal growth insalt concentrations between ۵-۷ and PH=۴-۸. Maximum phosphate solubilization efficiency was۳۵۰ and related strain was selected for further experiments. Molecular characterization using ۱۶RrRNA sequences suggested the identity this isolate Pseudomonas plecoglossicida strainIAUK۲۳۱۳. Pot experiment by this strain revealed meaningful plant growth promoting traits inseedling stage on shoot height, root length and dry weight of Helianthus annuus.Conclusion : According to the in vitro and in Vivo results, Pseudomonas plecoglossicidaIAUK۲۳۱۳ may have a good potential for field experiments before usage as the new biofertilizer.
