Background and Aim : Background and Aim: Candida albicans as an opportunistic pathogen cancause a wide range of skin and mucosal infections. Antibiotic treatments for this fungus haveseveral side effects that cause drug resistance. In this study, the inhibitory effect of pyocyaninpigment extracted from Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the growth of Candida albicans wasinvestigated. Methods: In this experimental study, pyocyanin peptide was extracted fromPseudomonas and its effect on Candida albicans by minimum inhibitory concentration andminimum fungicidal concentration to evaluate the antifungal effects of this substance on Candidaalbicans in the laboratory. it placed.
