چکیده مقاله:
Backgrounds: Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world and some peopledie from this disease every year. So far, various ways have been found for this disease to preventthe spread of the disease and treatment. In this study, the SOS۱ gene in breast cancer and theeffect of miR-۱۴۶a-۵p on this gene were investigated.Materials and Methods: In this study, using the data in the NCBI, based on various criteria, theGSE-۵۵۷۱۵ database was selected. Using R analysis, studies showed that the relationshipbetween gene expression between primary cancer cells, cell lines, and normal cells. Using themirtarbase, microRNAs that affect mutated breast cancer genes were found. Results: The DAVID database was used to plot this signal pathway. The SOS۱ gene is involvedin the PI۳K-AKT signaling pathway in the cell cycle, glycogenesis, and cell proliferation. MiR-۱۴۶a-۵p was identified and analyzed based on studies on different breast cancer genes and takinginto consideration the expression and influence of the SOS۱ gene in this disease, as well as theeffect of MiR-۱۴۶a-۵p on the SOS۱ gene in breast cancer. Conclusion: According to the results, SOS۱ is one of the genes that may play a role in breastcancer. Furthermore, miR-۱۴۶a-۵p can be very useful in the treatment and prevention of breastcancer by modulating the expression of this gene.
