physical and chemical properties of solid solutions based on CuInSe2-FeSe

The crystal structure of solid solutions of the CuInSe2 1-x FeSe x has been studied the values of the latiice parameters a and c of the tetragonal phase solid solutions revealed a significant axial distortion of the elementary crystal cell.it is established that at room temperature for solid solutions of the CuInSe2 1-x Fese x at first there is a decrease of electrical conductivity with increasing concentration FeSe to x=0.05 and then its gradual increase with increasing concentrations x.
