چکیده مقاله:
Bacteria-derived fatty acids are regulating many functions in humans, bacteria-derived fatty acids act as anti-inflammatories and regulate immunity in the host cells. To maintain a proper level of fatty acids a perfect balanced diet should maintain the decrease or increase of fatty acids in humans causes diseases and disorders which may damage the immunity of humans this study has included the benefits and diseases caused by short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs), long-chain fatty acids (LCFAs), lipopolysaccharides, endotoxins, and Exopolysaccharides. The dietary products also increase the levels of fatty acids in humans. The chain fatty acids are involved in inflammatory bowel disease, Necrotizing enterocolitis, metabolic syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, cancers, anti-inflammations, lymphocytes, chronic kidney disease, and insulin levels. The diet also plays a major role in maintaining the balance of fatty acids. The regulation of endotoxin and the effect of dietary products are still unclear.
