چکیده مقاله:

According to the wheat is planted after Quinoa, Quinoa will likely cause adverse allopathic effects in wheat cultivation. In order to investigate the effect of aqueous extract of Quinoa on the germination characteristics of Wheat Seed, a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized design with four replications was conducted Razi University in ۲۰۱۹. The studied factors included five concentrations of aqueous extract (۰ (control), ۲.۵, ۵, ۷.۵ and ۱۰%) and organs (leaves and stems) of Quinoa. The results showed that aqueous extract and quinoa plant extract concentration on wheat seed germination were significant. With increasing the concentration of aqueous extract, the rate, mean speed, and germination percentage, root and shoot dry weight, root and shoot length decreased significantly. The concentration of ۱۰% of the extract showed the most significant reducing effect. Also, the reducing effect of aqueous extract of the stem was greater than leaves.
