چکیده مقاله:

Today, modern structural systems in the construction industry are systems and methods that have become very common and common. Because of their appearance in the construction industry, the buildings built based on this system lack some of the disadvantages of buildings built with traditional methods. Important factors in traditional and modern systems in the construction industry are related to project time and budget, and they can be reduced by using new methods of construction and project management. Execution time or speed, in general and in particular, plays an important role in the choice of industrial system, which is mainly for planning, speed and general construction. Traditional production methods in our country show that most of these methods are possible. You don't have the tool system produced in a short period of time and with the right quality. New industrial construction methods for any building can reduce the construction time to a much shorter time compared to the current building methods. It can be said that the construction of some construction materials at the project site (traditional) compared to modern (industrial) methods, where the materials are produced in the factory and transported to the site, shows the speed of the construction type. Building industrialization in its general sense, in contrast to being handmade, means reducing human intervention and mechanization. Throughout history, industry has increased resource efficiency and improved quality. Based on this, in order to develop construction and accelerate the provision of housing needs, building industrialization is prioritized. Using the industrialization method in the construction sector increases the speed of capital circulation due to the reduction of construction time. Also, this method has a positive effect on increasing the useful life of the building, reducing construction debris, saving energy, increasing workshop safety, establishing a balance between supply and demand, and maintenance cost.
