Effect of physical activity on breast cancer risk among high risk mutation carriers

Recently, Physical Activity has seized greatattention in decreasing the risk of canceramong high risk genetic alterations carriers.Owing to the extensive investigations onbreast cancer, it was aimed to review the roleof physical activity in modulating the risk ofbreast cancer among gene mutation carriers.We explored the internet in Google Scholar,Pubmed, Pubmed Central and Bing searchengines using main key words includingBreast cancer risk, high risk mutation,disease onset and physical activity. All themanuscripts after ۲۰۱۰ were included in thepresent review.
