چکیده مقاله:

This paper consists of our research and studies through English textbook that are taught in Iranian high school and private English Language institutions. Through the process of interviewing teachers, studying the papers of other experts and views of teachers on the this particular subject and also analyzing and examining said English textbooks we managed to define a spectrum of differences and similarities and we also tried to determine which one of the English textbooks included in our research manages to reach its goal and successfully compiles an English textbook that allows the average English teacher to create an inclusive, interconnected and streamlined learning experience for the EFL learners and which textbook fall short of said goal; becoming a monotone and individualistic learning experience. It is our hope that by doing this research, we will be able to draw attention to this crucial issue and help enhance how educational administrators approach the subject compilation of Iranian high school English textbooks.
