as time pass with the Arbitrary use of antibiotics, humanity is drivingmicrobes to the mutants which are multidrug-resistant strains. Thisphenomenon is a Multilateral threat, a threat to the present medicalsituation, and a threat to the economic and social condition. Recently thereare many studies in fields like antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) to find novelantibiotics that even microbes are less capable to change themselves in away to be resistant to that. Natural AMPs are a promising antibiotic becausemicrobes are very slow in responding and making resistance to AMPsspecific way of action. As advancements get a place in genomic, genomesequence ways and the significant reduction in these methods' cost andtime, scientists gathered a lot of bioinformatics data. On the other hand, invitroand in-vivo experiments are Time consuming and costly to be done asa way of investigating the novel AMPs effect. In an article published on ۱۴July ۲۰۲۱, scientists developed an in-silico tool for identifying theantimicrobial function from the data gathered from the whole animalkingdom. Also, this tool (that is named AniAMPpred) can search animalgenomes for probable AMPs according to its algorithm that came fromconsensus Regions in the genomes and known identified motifs in AMPsalthough a blast analysis is improvised too for further genetics's researches.As a result, there are a lot of new and effective AMPs yet to come.
