چکیده مقاله:

Long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) are A sub-branch of non-codingRNAs(ncRNAs) and have a length of ۲۰۰ nucleotides up to ۱۰۰ kilobases.lncRNA can be used as biomarkers and/or drug targets have arisen fromnumerous studies observing the expression patterns of tumor tissuescompared to normal ones. long intergenic non-protein codingRNA۶۶۷(LINC۰۰۶۶۷) is located in ۱۸p۱۱.۳۱ with a full length of ۸,۴۰۹ bpsand contains multiple miRNA response element (MRE) regions. In thebioinformatics study, LINC۰۰۶۶۷ was involved in transcription regulation,DNA patterning, centrosome organization, cell morphology regulation,apoptosis process, mono carbon metabolic process, negative regulation ofendothelial cell migration, and mitotic cytokines. In addition, it was predictedthat LINC۰۰۶۶۷ Participates in the NOTCH signaling pathway whichcontributes to the invasion and metastasis of various cancer. A number ofstudies have demonstrated that LINC۰۰۶۶۷ functions as a key mediator in theprocesses of diverse malignancies. For instance, this LncRNA acts as astabilizer of Vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA) mRNA andoncogenic competing endogenous RNA(ceRna) in non-small cell lungcancer(NSCLC). The level of LINC۰۰۶۶۷ is positively associated with thedevelopment of glioma, Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma(NPC), Esophagealcancer(EC), Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA). decreased lncRNA LINC۰۰۶۶۷could promote renal tubular epithelial cell proliferation and ameliorate renalfibrosis in Chronic renal failure(CRF) via the miR-۱۹b ۳p/LINC۰۰۶۶۷/CTGFsignaling pathway. Also, LINC۰۰۶۶۷ expression is correlated with theprognosis of ovarian, uterine, breast, and hepatocellular carcinoma furtherThyroid cancer. Studying the mechanisms of lncRNA involvement inoncogenic and tumor-suppressive pathways will lead to new cancerdiagnostic markers and will pave the way to novel therapeutic targets.
