چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Panic disorder (PD) is an anxiety disorder in which an individual has somatic symptoms and unexpected and repeated attacks or fear of future panic. Individuals with panic are often distressing and have alt of dysfunctions in their life.. It seems that there are many treatments such as CBT, rTMS, medications or mindfulness for PD, but there is no single effective treatment yet. In this study we investigated the efficacy of online rTMS over right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (RDLPFC) with combination of CBT . Method: In a quasi-experimental design ۱۳ patients were included to the study and received rTMS with CBT. We utilized BAI tools to collect data before and after the treatment and in the subsequent one-month follow-up. Results: According to the BAI results, the decrease of the score was found to be statistically significant at the p<۰.۰۰۱ level after and six weeks follow up. Conclusion: The results indicated that the combination of online-rTMS treatments simultaneously with CBT can facilitate the increase of self-control and symptoms reduction.
