An Auditing Impact of Components of Intellectual Capital on the Financial Performance of Pharmaceutical Companies Accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange

In recent years many scientist discuss about the intellectual capital. In changing world firm has been faced with increased competition, therefore any firm should improve creation value to survive. Many researchers believe that intellectual capital is a key factor for creating value and maintaining competitive advantage, so identifying and reporting intellectual capital is important for managers and users of financial statements .in this research , investigate relationship between intellectual capital and financial performance of pharmaceutical companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange. The time domain is between ۱۳۸۴ until ۱۳۸۸ and to test hypotheses and analyze data panel regression, least squares (LS), was used. research  Finding show that there is meaningful relationships between intellectual capital and corporate financial performance indicators. Further more research findings show that among the components of intellectual capital, the capital employed efficiency is most effect.
