Covid-۱۹ and Coronary heart disease and its most important increasing and decreasing factors

چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases are the most important cause of death and disability in the world and society suffers from a significant increase in the number of deaths due to this. Has become ill. Covid-۱۹ disease, which has spread all over the world, posing challenges to the global health system and a threat to heart patients. Although the disease often occurs after various clinical phases with the disease, multiple short-term or long-term complications of various organs of the body have also been reported.Search Method: In this review study, the keywords related to cardiovascular diseases and Covid- ۱۹ were searched in the authoritative scientific databases google scholar, PubMed, MedRxiv in the period December ۲۰۱۵ November ۲۰۲۱ and articles. Relevant findings were included in the study.Results: According to the reviewed articles, during the biopsy of the heart tissue of several patients who died of coronavirus, pulmonary artery congestion and symptoms ofmyocarditis were observed in the heart tissue; Involvement of the cardiovascular system has also been reported in various studies and can manifest as arrhythmias such as pericarditis, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, vascular embolism and even shock. In these patients, mild infiltration of inflammatory cells into the endomysium and perimysium has been observed. Severe viral infection can increase the chances of atherosclerotic plaque rupture in the coronary arteries, resulting in myocardial infarction. Hypoxemia andvasoconstriction can occur in severe infections and sepsis, which can lead to decreased tissue oxygen supply. This is followed by myocardial ischemia. Social restrictions andquarantine have been shown to be an effective way to prevent coronary heart disease, while sedentary lifestyle has been shown to increase the risk of coronary heart disease caused by coronary heart disease. Another complication of staying home is weight gain and obesity, which is itself a major determinant of the onset of diabetes. On the other hand, diabetes is a major cause of cardiovascular disease. Medications used to treat coronary artery, like all medications, have side effects, including cardiovascular side effects.Conclusion: According to the reviewed articles, there is a significant relationship between coronary heart disease and cardiovascular diseases and getting corona causescardiovascular diseases such as myocarditis and ischemia. Obesity and sedentary lifestyles can be prevented by increasing physical activity and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
