Crisis resilience is described as an effort to reduce harm by using risk mitigation strategies to create a safe environment. Therefore, are you ready for the present study with the aim of designing and developing the application? (Disaster resilience), with the focus on educational points related to health management in disasters in ۱۴۰۰.Method: The present study was conducted in four phases: analysis and review of texts and studies, application development and design, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Includes: (۱) Determining the features of the application and content (۲) Creating and testing the application (۳) Implementing the application (۴) Intervention and evaluation that in the user intervention phase were divided into two groups, case control. In the evaluation phase, the usability and user satisfaction of the evaluation program were evaluated. For this purpose, the designed version of the program was provided to ۲۰ users of the application. Sampling was done by random selection of available samples. Then users' learning and effectiveness were evaluated.Findings: The results of the study showed that by using trainings at three levels of family, school and community, it is possible to provide tips related to the training needed to withstand disasters. In the form of training sections, preparedness assessment tests such as disaster preparedness family training and then correction of weaknesses. The needs studied, including training, video content and motion graphics, etc., were listed according to the basic needs assessment and were satisfied by the users. There was a significant difference (p <۰.۰۵) between the intervention group and the control group in terms of self-care awareness in disasters, which indicates the effectiveness of the intervention. Finally, by performing statistical tests, the performance improvement of this program in comparison with traditional methods such as hard copy, etc. in the study population was proved. In addition, the willingnessof ۹۲% of users to use this application compared to traditional methods, is another measure of success in achieving the ultimate goal of this study. It is possible to run this software on any mobile device that is connected to the Internet or not. Conclusion: The program provides support, support, and support for all users, including students, teachers, administrators, parents, and administrators. Which is the management of health in disasters and crises. Also, with the help of this application and its development and updating, it can help the officials related to the field of health, safety and environment to help in the level of resilience and determine preventive priorities.
