چکیده مقاله:

present study investigated the effect of pre-pregnancy swimming exercise on anxiety behaviors and oxidative stress factors in female mice during pregnancy. Research community of ۲۶ NMRI mice It was approximately ۸۰-۹۰ days old and weighed ۲۵-۳۵ grams. The research method is experimental .. The animals were randomly divided into two groups of control ( ۱۰ ) and experimental ( ۱۰ ) .. The animals were placed in a round tank full of water. Due to the water, the mice swam to a depth of ۵ cm for ۱۰ minutes. The swimming phase consisted of two or three ۱۰ -minute training sessions with a ۱۰ -minute rest interval between each session. Water depth gradually from ۵ to ۱۵ cm ۲۰ minutes in the second week increased to ۳۰ minutes in the third week. At the end of the training sessions, each male and female animals were placed in a cage for mating and in the case of vaginal plaque, the first day of pregnancy was considered. In order to evaluate the anxious behaviors of the in-field tests, a dark and light box and an extra-shaped cross-section were performed. To measure the oxidative factors of mice, blood was collected from their hearts and measured by commercial kits using photometry technique. To analyze and analyze the data of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the results were analyzed using SPSS-۲۶ software one-way analysis of variance with a significance of less than ۰.۰۵ . The results showed the mean entry and duration of female mice. Pregnant in the central part of the open field , the light part of the dark and light system and the open arms of the maze, in addition, the shape of the training group increased significantly compared to the non-training group . The amount of glutathione in the training group increased significantly compared to the non-training group. Malondialdehyde was significantly reduced in the training group compared to the control group. According to the findings, swimming before pregnancy reduces anxiety behaviors in pregnant female mice. It also increases glutathione and decreases malondialdehyde in pregnant female
