Organizational culture as motivation, values, beliefs, identities that result from the experience of members of the organization or community And is known as a factor in the success or failure of the organization And if the organizational culture is in line with organizational goals, the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization will increase Social capital is a valuable resource that is potentially present in the social relations of groups in a social organization Some of its reserves include honesty, empathy, trust, dependence and sacrifice and cooperation Therefore, we seek to identify the components of organizational culture and assess its impact on the dimensions of social capitalThe current study aims to represent a model explaining the impact of organizational culture on social capital among the managers and employees of Ministry of Sport and Youth. The study population in terms of quality and identifying the components of organizational culture includes the managers of aforementioned ministry which are chosen purposive. In the quantitative section, the population includes all the managers and employees (۹۰۰ people), ۲۷۰ out of ۹۰۰ are selected by simple random sampling and according to Morgan. Research tools are a researcher-made questionnaire for organizational culture (۳۳ items), and a Nahapiet and Ghoshal (۱۹۹۸) questionnaire (۲۸ items) for social capital. The SEM is utilized in order to investigate the causal relationship between organizational culture and social capital. The results show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on structural, communicational and cognitive aspects of social capital. Eventually it can be said that if the managers proceed to strengthen organizational culture, they could provide a joint conformity and this factor in turn can positively affect improving efficiency and productivity of employees
