چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this article was to evaluate the effect of high-intensity interval exercises on the coordination patterns of motor-perceptual development of girls in taekwondo. The research was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. Due to the availability of sample selection, the statistical population of the present study includes ۲۴ taekwondo practitioners (with white, yellow, green belt category) who are fully acquainted with the basics of taekwondo. Took. An experimental group (n =۱۲) and a control group (n = ۱۲) were divided and a pre-test was performed using Ozeretsky test, Parkio form, and cardiovascular endurance tests. In the next stage, the experimental group consisting of (۱۲ people with high-intensity interval exercises focusing on functional exercises) during ۱۲ ۳۰- minute training sessions of ۴ weeks, ۳ sessions of high-intensity interval exercise with a functional approach, and during this period, they did not do any exercises, even for fun. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis of variance (ANOVA). Before analysis of variance, the necessary assumptions such as the normality of the distribution of dependent variables, homogeneity of variance, variables of regression line slope homogeneity, and regression slope were examined. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (p <۰.۰۵). High-intensity interval training increases the perceptual-motor performance of all components and has a significant effect on agility, endurance, strength, balance flexibility, and perception of taekwondo practitioners compared to the control group.
