چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of eight weeks of yoga intervention and relaxation massage on the control of mental fatigue and risk factors in lower limb injuries in physical education students.This research is a quasi-experimental study and its statistical population was physical education students. From the statistical population, ۴۵ students were randomly selected based on research criteria and randomly divided into three groups: control (n = ۱۵), massage (n = ۱۵) and yoga (n = ۱۵). To measure the desired variables, Y balance test, dynamic balance by unstable platform plate, landing error scoring system test - real time, lower limb function test were used.To describe the data and draw graphs, descriptive statistics and to determine the normality, first k-s test was used to check the normality of data distribution and then the mean and standard deviation of pre-test and post-test variables were calculated and after ensuring normal Data distribution T-test was used to compare means within the group and independent t-test was used to compare the means between groups.It was shown that ۸ weeks of yoga exercises in the experimental group had a significant effect on their static balance.Another finding of this study was the significant effect of ۸ weeks of yoga and massage exercises in the experimental group on their dynamic balance. Also ۸ weeks of yoga and massage exercises in the experimental groupActive sensory-deep receptors of their knee have a significant effect.Finally it was found that massage exercises in the experimental group on the receptorsSensory-inactive depth of their knee has a significant effect.Significant change in the factors raised in physical education students after relaxation massage exercises indicates the importance of addressing this issue and injury prevention professionals should study and research in introducing strategies to deal with mental fatigue.
