Researches show that diseases such as respiratory diseases cause psychological problems due to serious physical problems and reduce quality of life. People with covid-۱۹ disease due to physical problems and quarantine, Psychological effects of the emergence, rapid spread of disease and changing life s condition cause mental and psychological problems such as anxiety and depression. This study illustrates the effect of corrective training on anxiety and depression female students aged between ۲۱ and ۴۰ at Payam-e Noor University with late complications of covid-۱۹.In this experimental study with pre-test and post-test design forty students were selected among ۷۸۶ students who were in special physical education classes of Payam-e Noor University purposefully and randomly allocated to experimental (N = ۲۰) and control (N = ۲۰) groups. The experimental group performed ۱۶ sessions corrective training in the form of ۳ sessions per week while the control group had no training program. Before and after the training program,depression and anxiety checked with Beck Anxiety Inventory and Beck Depression Inventory. This study performed virtually in every stage.Statistical findings revealed the effect of corrective training were significant on depression and anxiety. (p < ۰/۰۵). According to the results statistical tests significant differences in depression and anxiety scores were observed in the experimental and control groups in the post-test stage (P=۰/۰۰۱). The experimental group had lower scores in the post-test.corrective training in this study decreased significantly in scores of anxiety and depression Inventory of female students aged between ۲۱ and ۴۰, so show the positive and beneficial effects of exercises improves the anxiety and depression.
