چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of selected cross-fit exercises on balance, endurance and hyperkyphosis of firefighters. For this study, ۲۴ firefighters with a kyphosis angle greater than ۴۵ degrees were selected and divided into control (Number: ۱۲ people, age: ۳۰.۶۶ ± ۶.۶۶ years, height: ۱.۷۵ ± ۰.۰۳ m, weight: ۷۳.۹۱ ± ۳.۶۷ kg, BMI: ۲۳.۹۰ ± ۰.۹۶ Kg/m۲) and training (Number: ۱۲ people, age: ۳۳.۰۸ ± ۵.۱۶ years, height: ۱.۷۴ ± ۰.۰۳ m, weight: ۷۲.۰۸ ± ۴.۶۰ kg, BMI: ۲۳.۶۰ ± ۰.۸۳ Kg/m۲) groups. In this study, the amount of dorsal angle was evaluated with a flexible ruler, static and dynamic balance with stork and Y tests and trunk endurance with McGill endurance protocol. Then, by analyzing the variables, the training group performed the exercises for ۶ weeks. During this period, the control group started its work activity. After the exercises, the dependent variables were evaluated again in both groups. The normality of the data in both groups was assessed by Shapiro-Wilk test and if the data were normal, the analysis of covariance and paired t-test were used to compare the variables due to exercise between the experimental and control groups. All the above analyzes were performed using SPSS software version ۲۴. The results of this study show the significant effect of crossfit training program on reducing back angle (p=۰.۰۰۱), improving static balance (p=۰.۰۰۲), total dynamic balance score (p≤۰.۰۰۱) and total trunk endurance score. (P≤۰.۰۰۱) was in the training group. Also, after training, a significant difference was observed between the control and training groups (p≤۰.۰۵). Therefore, the use of this training program to reduce back angle, improve endurance and balance is recommended to firefighters with this complication.
