The missing link in industry productivity; Analyze the integrated relationship of PAMو, and PM

Nowadays, as all sectors of industry have undergone extensive advances in knowledge over the past hundred years, with the advancement of technology and the increase in the number of machines in the manufacturing industry, owners and managers seek to take measures to reduce sudden machine failures. Tools and extend their useful life to get the most out of the equipment at the lowest cost. Physical asset management is a category that can be very useful and important in this field and help organizations to have an active presence in competitive business markets. This study will examine the close relationship between physical asset management, maintenance, and performance management. As a result, this research points out that each of these concepts in the industry in a separate and island form cannot guarantee productivity and improve the performance of enterprises.
