چکیده مقاله:
In this study we investigate and optimize combinedHybrid Photovoltaic – Wind System and micro/small Hydropowerplant as a main electricity source for an energy house. There is significant potential for the use of the renewable energysources; the current work aims to investigate the cost of energy ofReal time Hybrid rooftop Photovoltaic - Wind energy system andHydro-power plant to Feeding Energy House Load. The aim ofthis study is to find Cost of Energy (COE) and functionalcombinations between Photovoltaic, Wind turbines system andHydro-power plant based on actual electricity consumption dataof the energy house. The key objective of this paper is to producenew, innovative, clean and efficient energy technologies andsystems and to give a better solution to build “Zero EnergyBuilding”. Various renewable/alternative energy sources, energystorage and their applicability in terms of cost and performanceare discussed. The Homer software is used to study and designthe proposed hybrid alternative energy power system model. The Sensitivity analysis was carried out using Homer program.Based on simulation results, it has been found thatrenewable/alternative energy sources will replace theconventional energy sources and would be a feasible solution fordistribution of electric power for standalone applications atremote and distant locations.
