چکیده مقاله:

The objective of this study was to investigate the capability of portulaca oracea L. on lead polluted soils and choose the best bioremediation technology. For this purpose, a randomized block experiment design was performed. The soil was contaminated with PbNO۳ and the treatments consisted of ۰ (standard), ۱۵۰, ۳۰۰, ۶۰۰, ۹۰۰ and ۱۲۰۰ mg/kg lead. After development, plants were harvested and divided into shoots and root parts. The lead content of the shoot, root and also the dry matter were measured. The results indicated that by increasing the lead concentration in soil, its accumulation in root and shoot tissues was increased. Although the concentration of Pb in roots was more than pb in shoots, due to the small amount of root dry matter and the hardness of root harvesting, Phytoextration method can be regarded as superior to Rizofiltration.
