چکیده مقاله:
In this dissertation, the transition metal complexes of Zn functionalized on MCM-۴۱ silica nonporous were prepared and used as an efficient, recoverable, and thermally stable heterogeneous nano catalysts for C-C bond formation. In this study, the synthesis of amino benzyl naphthol derivatives was performed by the three-component Betti reaction from aromatic aldehydes, typeamines and ۸-hydroxyquinoline in the presence of MCM-۴۱@Trp@Zn nano catalyst under reflux conditions (Scheme ۱). The short reaction times, high efficiency of the products, the easy separation of catalysts due to their heterogeneity, their reusability are the advantages of these methods. Finally, the nature of catalysts was studied by using some techniques such as Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, the energy dispersive spectrum (EDX), hot filtration test, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and N۲ adsorption-desorption (BET). The synthesized heterogeneous catalysts showed perfect catalytic activity and also good recyclability in the reactions such that they can be reused at least for five consecutive cycles without significant loss of their catalytic activities.
