چکیده مقاله:

Undoubtedly, the individual and society need work and effort to survive. Entering the field of work in the life of every person is one of the most important stages of life. On the other hand, job satisfaction is considered as one of the effective factors in labor productivity. We know that productivity is due to various factors such as optimal use of facilities, time and optimal use of manpower. The activity it does. Factors that are effective in creating job satisfaction can be divided into two categories: A) Factors that can be effective in achieving job satisfaction in the stages before choosing a job. B) Factors that create job satisfaction after choosing a job and during the work process. The category of career guidance and counseling is one of the factors that fall into the first category. In other words, if a person can have appropriate career guidance during his education and job search phase, he is likely to feel satisfied with what he is doing in the future. , increase. The present article examines the effective factors in career guidance and counseling and examines its role in creating job satisfaction.
