Covid-۱۹ disease was one of the contagious diseases that throughout history has been able to show the inability of man and his science to overcome problems. The disease, which began to spread very rapidly and killed many patients, became a very serious issue at some point in history. Various methods were developed and used to prevent the spread of this disease. One of these methods that is examined in this research is the method of using the Internet of Things to prevent its spread. After studies , we finally discuss how the recent technological advancements such as fog computing, clouding computing, artificial intelligence, and big data analysis, can be utilized for IOT and COVID-۱۹ applications. This paper proposes a fog-cloud combined IOT platform for COVID-۱۹ prevention and control by implementing five NPIs, including COVID-۱۹ Symptom Diagnosis, Quarantine Monitoring, Contact Tracing & Social Distancing, COVID-۱۹ Outbreak Forecasting, and SARS-CoV-۲ Mutation Tracking.
