Anaphylactic shock in working Environment in a patient with Fragrance Allergy

Perfume allergy or perfume intolerance is a rare condition where in people exhibit sensivity or allergic reaction to ingredients in some perfume & some other fragrances. A ۳۶ years female patient with fragrance allergy was exposed to certain perfume odov from one of her colleagues there by she was suddenly suffer the symptoms of headache, tingling , numbness , flash of light sensation , hives & finally anaphylactic shock in working environment. In the present work the authors report the visual evoked potential & magnetic resonance imaging of the patient.
