Stability assessment of the Gotvand dam reservoir after the March ۲۰۱۹ Karun River flood; case study of Anbal salt pillow

Widespread flooding affected large parts of Iran in March ۲۰۱۹. In this study, based on four years field observations, slope stability of Anbal salt pillow in the reservoir of Gotvand dam is analysed using geotechnical parameters obtained from borehole drillings and considering partial saturation of the salt body during this flood event in Karun River.
