چکیده مقاله:
The nano-electromechanical systems might be immersed in the magnetic flux, which can considerably affect the pull-in threshold of these systems. This paper investigates the influence of an external magnetic field, elastic supports, scale dependency, and the Casimir force on the pull-in instability of the electromechanical nano-actuator. The systems’ governing equation is derived in the context of the consistent couple stress, which incorporates the microstructure dependency on the constitutive equations. A semi-analytical solution based on Modified Adomian decomposition is developed to solve the nonlinear governing equation of the system. The collected findings are compared to existing experimental data and the numerical result in order to validate the suggested solution. The obtained findings indicate that although the scale dependence of the materials increases the system’s stability voltage, the magnetic field may considerably decrease the nano- actuator’s instability voltage.
