Corporate Governance and Corporate Financial Performance

The present study investigated the relationship between corporate governance and financial performance in companies listed on Tehran stock exchange. For this purpose, ۱۱۰ sample companies were studied for a period of six years during ۲۰۰۹-۲۰۱۴. In addition, R software was used for data analysis. The final model and research hypotheses were analyzed using this software and conducting Durbin-Watson, Breusch Godfrey, Hausman, and Breusch–Pagan tests. The results obtained from testing the hypothesis indicated a significant relationship between between corporate governance and corporate financial performance.
