چکیده مقاله:

A significant share of energy, water, electricity, and materials consumption is regarded as in the building of our world. The Building department possesses the most potential for specific reduction in greenhouse gas generation with if not zero, minimal expenses. The energy consumption during production and transportation of various materials is significant. Thus, it is essential to protect energy through restriction of greenhouse gas emission into the atmosphere as well as a reduction in materials' costs. In building construction, a considerable amount of energy is required. It might appear in the following forms: necessity materials for construction, production, transportation, the real application of energy in the building, and also the actual application of energy after building. This sort of energy is also referred to as embodied energy. Building materials indicate not only a high level of embodied energy but also consume limited resources which are wasted. The primary objective of this paper is developing a sufficient solution for effective use of plastic waste, considered as a threat toward the environment protection and restriction of daily increased plastic waste. Therefore, to solve this problem, efforts aimed to resolve disposal problems through plastic extrusion machines. This machine uses plastic waste and transfers it into applicable building material. In this work, lime-based materials are also applied, since they are both cost-effective and environment-friendly. In this research plastics wastes (plastic bottle and polypropylene are replaced in sand-lime bricks, and then a comparison to the conventional bricks is performed.
