Making a business decision with the application of software solutions in companies that want to operate according to the principles of the green economy on the example of the Republic of Serbia

Rational business decision-making and making valid business decisions is of special importance for the business of companies in the field of the so-called green economy. Decision-making by the top management in the mentioned companies should be assisted by technical solutions which will facilitate the making of valid business decisions in the management process. In this paper, the authors emphasize the importance of using good business practice through the application of valid and proven software solutions in these companies. Top management decision making and business decision making can be greatly facilitated by the application of software that incorporates most of the previous requirements by top management. The management process requires top management to use positive control experiences in all organizational parts of the company, especially if it is a company that is considered to manage its work according to the principles of a green company. In this paper, the authors emphasized the importance of developing valid software solutions that will be able to improve the business of these companies.
