The importance of introducing rational decision-making of top management in companies that aspens to operate according to the principles of the green economy on the example of the Republic of Serbia

The process of introducing rational business decision-making is of particular importance for the business of companies in the field of the so-called green economy. The business decision-making process by top management begins first with a valid management decision. Implementing a valid business decision of top management is a very responsible job of top management itself. Business decision making should use the positive experiences of all organizational parts in a company that is considered a green company. In addition, useful assistance in decision-making of top management can be provided by the IT sector, as well as the application of numerous international business standards. In this paper, the authors pointed out that only a clear connection of several sectors in the company is important for making a valid business decision and that there is no universality in developing and accepting a general decision-making scheme, but that each top management should adopt its own organizational decision-making scheme.
