Investigation of allopathic effect of physalis divaricate L. on wheat crop in Aleshtar,Lorestan, Iran

Allelopathy, the ability of plants to inhibit germination of other plants, is an untapped resource for weed control in crops that could revolutionize organic crop production.In order to allopathic effects of remains of grand cherry weed on the grain yield of wheat, primary was calculated density of the weeds in sugar beet fields in Aleshthar. Result showed that remains of Grand cherry (Physalis divaricate L.) weed was no significant effect on wheat emergence.In total, ۹۰ percent of wheat seeds germinated and no significant differences were seen in the emergence treatments with a control statistically.the trial also found that weed remains grand cherry has no significant effect on the growth of wheat. In total, remains of this weed wasn’t Impact on emergence, growth and dry weight of wheat and this shows that the remnants of the weed no negative impact on grown of wheat.
