Designing strategic scenarios based on attracting foreign capital with a development approach

The present study aims to design strategic scenarios of Alborz Province Gas Company based on attracting foreign capital with an executive development approach. The research method was case study and its statistical population was a group of managers and senior experts of Alborz Gas Company. In the data collection process, methods such as: reviewing documents, in-depth exploratory interviews with managers and senior experts of the company and distribution of several types of questionnaires with different scales have been used. The predominant methodology in this research is qualitative. The results of this research, while formulating the ideal goals (mission, vision, values and strategic goals) of the company and the scenarios ahead and the scenario of attracting foreign capital.
