چکیده مقاله:

This study is intended to investigate how the ecological background of the factors of teacher education impacts the professional development of Iranian teacher educators. Research results suggest that the questions of Iranian teacher educators regarding their professional growth are primarily linked to conducting research jointly influenced by economic, political and social pressures. In order to lower qualitative standards, the global forces permeate and emerge as tangible policies influencing the role of teacher educators. As a result of an environment that favors academic achievement in different levels of teacher education's ecological contexts; Iranian teacher educators want more foreign academic contact.
