چکیده مقاله:
Vibrio bacteria are one of the dangerous pathogens in fish and shrimp farming. In this study, fresh samples of fish and shrimp were collected in a cluster-random mannerfrom fish shops in Yasuj and transferred to a bacteriological laboratory at a temperature of ۴ ° C (next to the date). To count and identify bacteria, TCBS culture medium andbacteriological differential cultures including: oxidase reaction, fermentation of sugars, nitrate reduction test, amino acids, staining, etc. were used. The results were analyzedusing SPSS software and ANOVA test. The results showed that fish and shrimp obtained from fish shops in Yasuj were similar in terms of Vibrio parahaemolyticus infectionduring the study period. But they were significantly different from each other in terms of the total number of infected samples. The data showed that Vibrio parahaemolyticuswas the predominant species and was the most abundant. The abundance of Vibrio genus, especially Vibrio para hemolyticus species, can be a good indicator for evaluatingthe management of fishing as well as the management of maintenance and transportation to the consumer market, as well as observing the cold chain and personal and public health.
