چکیده مقاله:

In this study, which was conducted in the spring and summer of ۱۴۰۰, adult bee specimens were collected from the research hives of the university. This sampling was done randomly from the population inside the hives using a brush. The collected bee samples were sent to the microbiology laboratory by cold chain and were cultured using the usual microbial culture methods, leading to the isolation of Bacillus cereus microflora during differential tests. The effects of Lactobacillus casei probiotic on isolated Bacillus cereus microflora were studied by Agar spot test. The concentration of ۱۰۵ cfu / ml of Lactobacillus casei caused a growth inhibition zone of ۳۶ mm, ۳۶ mm and ۳۵ mm in diameter against Bacillus cereus for three consecutive days. The probiotic Lactobacillus casei at a concentration of ۱۰۵ cfu / ml was considered as the minimum growth inhibitor concentration of Bacillus cereus. The results of this study showed that the probiotic bacterium Lactobacillus casei inhibits the growth of Bacillus cereus bacterium that causes food poisoning in vitro and also prevents the growth of this bacterium, so it can be used as a method to combat possible poisoning caused by honey consumption.
