Human resource risk assessment in the educational planning system

This study was conducted to assess the risk of human resources in the educational planning system. The statistical population is all education staff in District One of Shiraz, ۲۳۵ people were selected by simple random sampling. First, experts questioned the appropriateness of the risks extracted from the research literature. The second questionnaire assessed the importance of each of the human resource risks in the planning system. The validity was confirmed by the content validity method under the supervision of ۱۵ experts in educational management.The Cronbach's alpha to reliability was ۰.۸۷۶. Statistical data analysis methods include calculating mean and standard deviation, factor analysis test, structural equation modelling and t-test. The results showed "organizational risks", "human risks", and "planning risks".
