Evaluation of job stress before and during Covid- ۱۹ among hospital staff in Mashhad

Considering that the purpose of this article was to evaluate the job stress of medical staff before and during the Covid-۱۹ epidemic. This cross-sectional study was performed on ۹۶۰ hospital staff in Mashhad in two stages. Data were analyzed by SPSS V۲۰ software. Job stress was measured separately before and during the Covid-۱۹ epidemic in seven areas or subscales, and also the mean and standard deviation of the job stress score in the whole hospital before and during the Covid-۱۹ epidemic. The equations were ۱۵۰/.۵±۴/۱۳۳ and ۹۸/۹۵ ۲.۸۵۴, respectively. According to the paired-samples T test, there was a significant relationship between job stress before and during the epidemic. ( P-value= ۰/۰۰۰۱) Conclusions: According to the results obtained from the study, it was found that the Covid-۱۹ pandemic has increased job stress among medical personnel.
