In this study, optimization algorithms were used to solve the location problem in distributed control systems. The aim of the study is to locate these systems in network development mode. If location is not implemented properly, in the presence of renewable power plants, optimization will run into problems in the future and network development will be out of optimization. Therefore, the location of distributed control systems should be according to the network development, so that the network development in the future does not require relocation of these units and the network can be developed in a multi-year plan in a stepwise manner. Recently, in addition to the visibility of the system, the cost of installing units in new locations and the cost of locating systems are also considered in the location problem of these units. The distributed control system failure rate is one of the constraints raised in this issue, which in this study was considered ۲۰ to ۲۵ percent. The study results showed that rearranging distributed control systems and determining new optimal locations for installation can prevent the installation of new systems as much as possible and save on investment and repair costs of the equipment.
