Strategy to Respond the Conventional Terrorism(N.B.C) in Subway System

NBC agents and materials released in closed environment such as subway system should be studied in order to prevent and combat in the event of accidentally or intentionally release. For a country as Iran that is affected by terrorism, such studies are crucial especially because such terrorism act has precedent (Aum Shinrico's Sarin attack in Tokyo subway is an example) In this way, first a response plan has been prepared and submitted to Tehran metro system on 1382 (2003). This local plan should not be separated from National Response plan, but the application of this plan could be managed by a specialized organization under the direction of subway Response plan for NBC agents. Training the personnel and familiarizing them with NBC agents and methods to respond In the case of event as well as studying the methods of providing the equipment for: detection identification, decontamination, protection prophylaxis, treatment and modeling are parts of this study.
