چکیده مقاله:
The ‘Regenerative Developments (RD)’ concept has been intended to cover greater scopes of solutions for present and future ‘sustainability’, as well as to rectify the past damages to the economy, society and environment. This paper goals to determine the levels of practicality of RD into the Landscape Architecture (LA) of Neighbourhood Parks (NP) in the Middle Eastern hot-dry cities. Additionally, the generated solutions of this determination have been examined through a real case-study in Shiraz, Iran. The data of this study has been collected through approaches such as descriptive reviews of the municipalities and online sources, as well as site surveys and observations. Indeed, this paper introduces some practical approaches to apply the RD to design of NPs in hot-dry cities. This paper opens doors to the further studies in Regenerative Landscape Architecture (RLA).
