Investigation and analysis of design, fire and safety criteria in Shahr Tower in Tabriz

چکیده مقاله:
Fires are one of the most dangerous phenomena which, in addition to the life and financial damages,have a negative impact on the health and mental health of the major community. This issue is especially important in shopping centers due to the overcrowding of the population and the presence of people with disabilities and unawareness. And due to the increasing role of the car in the day-to-day life, in the shopping center there should be a good place to park. For optimal use of space, the basement of thebuildings is a good place for car parking. Provided that proper air conditioning is provided. It can also be a good place to park your car in order to avoid the accumulation of car pollutants and also to comply with the rules of the car park and emergency exit conditions to exit the car as quickly and smoothly as possible in an emergency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the fire risk in Tabriz Tower Shopping Center. The method of this study is descriptive cross-sectional and applied in Tabriz city. The findings also indicate that due to the design criteria and safety, there is ۸۰% observance with the design and safety requirements of the Exit and Network Automatic Regulations and Fire Safety Regulations. But in the case of escalator and exit escalation, there is ۴۰% observance and the remaining ۶۰%are for not properly escaping escalators and for lack of emergency exit of parking. As well as the results obtained to improve the fire risk level in the shopping centers, preventive measures are needed such as: regular maintenance of fire extinguishers and training of tower staff, unit staff and also designing buildings for better access to roads. Outputs, increasing numbers, and standardizing emergency and exit routes. It can be more useful.
