Identify and prioritize the factors affecting the implementation of RFID systems Case Study: Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran

In today's competitive and dynamic world, organizations are in a position to maintain their survival and ensure their growth and sustainability while adapting to environmental change and flexible structural adoption. Technology has been referred to as information technology as a factor in developing new knowledge and entering a new stage of learning for organizations. In fact, information technology means the tools and methods of processing all the paths of converting raw data into processed information and classifying and classifying this information based on managerial and organizational and human resource classifications and applying appropriate information at the right time and place. It means strategic and non-strategic decisions within and outside the organization. Given the importance of information technologies in organization development and its undeniable role in the survival of organizations, this study aimed to study the factors affecting the application of RFID systems at Shahid Beheshti University. For this purpose, by identifying ۴ main factors and sub-factors for each of these components, we used paired comparison analysis and ANP to rank these factors and their sub-components. The results showed that the cost factor with a coefficient of ۰.۲۷۵ had the most impact on the implementation of RFID systems in the organization. Also, the international standard and specification with the coefficient of ۰.۲۲۶ had the least impact and the factors of "technology" and "software and hardware infrastructure" were ranked second and third in impact on the implementation and implementation of RFID systems, respectively. Therefore, it was concluded that the implementation of these radio waves systems should focus on the cost of installation, maintenance, training and operating costs and other minor components in relation to their importance. And evaluation.
