Color and light are elements that have been necessary for the formation of Iranian architecture. Shadow as a real element of objects that can be understood by light radiation. The world is the shadow of the hidden truth. The world is the shadow of truth. Negin art and aesthetics of Iran, dating back several thousand years, are in the field of subjects that need to be addressed. The type of study of this research is descriptive-analytical and the study method is based on library and field documents. The purpose of this study is to explain the place of light and color in the main spaces of Iranian Islamic architecture and the role of light with the combination of color in elements related to light and shadow in Iranian architecture. This question raises the question of how color, light and shadow manifest in architecture. Is it Iranian and is it evaluated? According to the results of this study, colors with the effects of environmental psychology can affect the comfort of residents and psychological characteristics and behaviors of people, and in addition, light and color combined with each other and in relation to light-related elements induce appropriate concepts. It is addressed to the Iranian culture and art. In this regard, although its art delights the audience with its prominent Iranian-Islamic patterns, the existence of an element such as light leads to a more complete and diverse presentation of the patterns used.
