چکیده مقاله:

Introduction & Objective: Chemotherapy drugs are used to prevent the proliferation of cancer cells and their growth and spread. Bleomycin (BLM) is a drug used in chemotherapy. Rutin is also a glycosidic flavonoid that has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of bleomycin and rutin on the level of MDA as a marker of lipid peroxidation. Methods: In this in vitro experimental study, the ovaries of ۳۰ male Wistar rats were examined. For this purpose, mice were randomly divided into ۵ groups of ۶: control group ۱: routine solvent (Salin, Dmso, tween ۸۰) control group ۲: bleomycin solvent (saline) control group ۳: routine experimental group ۱: bleomycin experimental group ۲: bleomycin + Routines were categorized that were examined for ۱۵ days and then blood serums prepared from them were used to measure MDA. MDA was assessed by ELISA and statistical analysis of data was performed by SPSS software and one-way analysis of variance and the corresponding graph was drawn. Results: The data show that routine treatment produces the lowest concentration of MDA (۰.۰۰۱ ≥P) and bleomycin treatment shows a ۶-fold increase in MDA compared to routine (۰.۰۰۱ ≥P) and combined bleomycin and routine treatment causes The MDA level decreased by ۵۰% compared to the experimental group ۱.Discussion & Conclusion: Overall, the data show that bleomycin treatment significantly reduces oxidative stress induction MDA levels and routine treatment in experimental group ۲ decreases bleomycin induced oxidative stress injury by decreasing MDA levels.
