چکیده مقاله:

ntroduction & Aim: Cervical cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in the female population and is recognized as a health challenge worldwide. The purpose of this study is a purposeful review of students' knowledge, knowledge and attitudes about cervical cancer prevention and screening methods in different countries. Methods: In this systematic study, in order to collect keyword articles related to the concepts of cervical cancer, knowledge, attitude, awareness and student in English in PubMed, SCOPUS, WOS databases and without time limit; Were searched. Only English studies whose full text was available and the population had a similar purpose to this study were included in our study after the quality assessment with the Quality Assessment Tool for Observational Cohort and Cross-Sectional Studies. Results: A total of ۶۸ cross-sectional studies were included in our study. Most research has been reported in Asia, India, Malaysia, Africa and Nigeria. All studies were in the period ۱۹۸۳-۲۰۲۱. Most studies used Pap smear (۵۰ articles) and HPV vaccination (۳۸ articles). Also use a condom, visual inspection with acetic acid (VIA). Colposcopy, PCR, biopsy, culture, blood test, and urine analysis were considered in the studies. Conclusion: Due to the increasing prevalence of cervical cancer and the fact that with prevention methods as well as timely diagnosis and screening can reduce the incidence and mortality of this cancer. Therefore, the importance of increasing awareness, knowledge and attitudes towards prevention and screening methods, especially in developing countries, is highlighted.It is suggested that in future studies and planning, by developing the awareness and knowledge of the community and creating a positive attitude through proper education, especially among students, an important step can be taken in women's health.
