چکیده مقاله:

The Main Aim of Th is Letter,is Introducing A methodology to fabricate ultrasoft NiFe nan o-/microfilms directly via electrod eposition fro m a semineutral iron sulfate solution. Because of Using boron-reduce r as the ad ditive, the N iFe films become very soft with h igh magnetic moment. In addition, the film coercivity in the easy a nd hard axes is ۶.۵ and ۲.۵ Oersted, respectively, with a saturation polarization up to an average of ۲.۴۵ Tesla. Despite t he softness, these shinin g and smooth films stil l display a high-anisotropic field of ӳ ۴۵ Oerste d with per meability up to ۱۰۴ . Th is kind of f ilms can potentially be used in curr ent and future magnetic recording systems as w ell as microelectronic and biotechn ological devices. The ever expanding demand of the world market leads to magnetic recording data stora ge devices advancing toward muc h smaller ex terior dimension and h igher capac ity [۱, ۲]. In order to achieve ver y high capac ity and fast recording data storage in a miniature device, a n ultrasoft and high magnetic mo ment materi al is required for produ cing high- saturation flu x density (Bs ), so th at the necessary flux density can be preserv ed on red ucing devicedimensio ns, while simultaneou sly achieving a low c oercivity (H c ) to match the hard magnetic media wit h high Hc , track density, and linear density. Soft magnetic films with high moment are a lso widely used in m odern electromagnetic devices, such as high- frequency field-amp lifying co mponents, versatile co m- munication tools, and magnetic shielding materials i n tuners.
